钽铌合金分子式:CAS号:性质:以钽为基加入铌等元素的合金。有耐蚀型和电容器型两种。前者主要牌号有KB141(37.5%Nb,2.5%W,2.0%Mo,余量钽)、Ta-3Nb等。后者主要有Ta-25Nb,Ta-10Nb等。KB141合金具有优良的低温延性,抗拉强度达517GPa,抗腐蚀能力强,如在20%盐酸中腐蚀速率仅2.5μm/a。主要用于化学工业。Ta-25Nb合金漏电流仅0.133μA/cm2,用作薄膜型电解电容器。采用粉末冶金法生产。
