一、时间状语从句：
1.when 当的时候 主从动作同时发生或从 句动作先于主句动作发 生。 It was raining hard when we got to school。
2.while 当的时候 主从动作同时发生 While I was doing my homework，my mother was cooking。
3.as soon as 一就 主从动作同时发生 He will call me up as soon as he gets there.
4.till /until 一直到; 直到才 主句谓语动词是延续性 动词且主从都用肯定式 “一直到”主句谓语 动词是非延续性动词， 主否定从肯定“直到 才 I worked until midnight yesterday. He didn"t get up until his mother came back.
5.since 自从以来 主句动作已经发生，并 持续到某一时间，且还 有可能持续下去 I have lived here since I was eight.
6.before 在以前 after 在以后 表示两个动作一前一后 发生 He had learned a little Chinese before he came to China. After he finished school, he went to work in the factory。
二、条件状语从句：
1.if 如果 表示假设的情况可能发生主将从现。 If it rains tomorrow, I will stay at home.
2.unless 除非,如果不 表示否定含义，从句的 谓动只能是肯定形式, 符合“主将从现”。 We will climb the mountain unless it rains。
3.as long as 只要 符合“主将从现”原则 As long as you don’t give up, you will succeed.
三、原因状语从句：
1.because因为，语气最强，回答由 why 提出的问题，because和so不能同时使用。 I drink milk every day because it"s good for my health.
2.since 既然 as 由于 since 和 as 语气比 because 弱，引导的从句 常放在句首, 表明显的 原因。 Since we don"t have money , we can"t buy it. As it is raining hard, we can"t have our PE lesson.
四、结果状语从句：
1.so...that… 如 此 ... 以 至 于 so + adj./adv. that… He is so young that he can’t go to school.
2.such…that 如 此 ... 以 至 于 such + n./n. 短 语 + that… She is such a lovely girl that we love her very much。
3.…so that …以至于… 即可引导结果状语从 句，又可引导目的状语 从句。 He studied hard so that he got good grades。
五、让步状语从句：
although/ though 虽然，尽管 even if 即使， 就算，纵然 even though 尽 管，虽然 Although 和 though 都不能和 but 连用。 Though/Although he is young, he knows a lot. Even if/even though it rains tomorrow, we won’t change our plan.
六、目的状 语从句：
1.so that 以便 so that 引导的从句带有 情态动词，而且只能放 在主句后。 He got up early so that he could go to school on time.
2.in order that… 当主从句主语一致时， 可用 in order that 引导。 We use the computer in order that we can save time He got up early in order to go to school on time.
七、地点状语从句：
1.Where 在，地方 You may stay where you like. Where there is a will, there is a way。
2.Wherever 无论在哪儿 Wherever you go, I’ll miss you.
