Spring cleaning isn"t just for your house, sometimes your head can be de-cluttered too. Turn your thoughts inside out and give them a good shake and dust away those cobwebs.
春季大扫除不仅仅是打扫房间,有时候,它也能清洁你的大脑。翻出想法,使劲的晃一晃,把蜘蛛网扫出去。
一、
Wipe off the Negative
清除消极思想
Turn off that little voice in your head that criticises you. Remember that no one is perfect and love yourself warts and all. If you truly love yourself, then you can start to love others and have others love you.
关闭大脑里面小声批评的声音。记住没人是完美的,要毫无保留的爱上自己。只有你真的爱上自己,你才能爱上别人,同时让别人爱上你。

Clean Up Old Memories
清理陈旧的记忆
Don"t let your past affect your present. Do you hold back in relationships because you were hurt in the past? Clear out this way of thinking and move on. One way is to write down your unpleasant memory and the way it makes you feel or to write an open letter to someone whom you find it difficult to forgive. You don"t need to send it, just writing it down is enough.
别让你的过去影响你的现在。你是否因为过去受过伤而退缩过?把这种思维方法打扫干净,继续前进吧。有一种方法是写下不愉快的记忆以及让它你感到不快的原因,或者给你发现的某个很难原谅的人写一封公开信。你不用邮出去,只是写下来就够了。
Carrying grudges around is much like cluttering your house with unnecessary items. Clear it out and you will feel a lot lighter.

Rediscover Fun
重新寻找乐趣
Life as a "grown up" can become too serious, so make sure you make time for the things you enjoy. Set aside your fears, resentments defences and bad moods and get in touch with your inner child.
成年人的生活会变得太过严肃,所以确定你腾出了时间做你喜欢的事情。抛开你的恐惧、怨恨、防御和坏情绪,与内在的自己保持联系。

Throw Away Excuses
抛掉借口
Are you the Queen (or King) of unfinished business? Is your exercise bike or sewing machine gathering dust? If so, get rid of excuses and get on with it. A well worn excuse is "I can"t change", but you can. If you really want to and believe it is possible you can change your habits.
你是未完成工作的女王(或者国王)吗?你的运动自行车或者缝纫机是不是落满了灰尘呢?如的确这样的话,不要找借口,去做这些事。老套的借口就是“我没法改变”,但是你能。如果你真的愿意改变的话,请相信你能改变你的习惯。

Change Filter
改变过滤器
If life isn"t going your way do you tend to moan and feel sorry for yourself? You don"t have to dwell on your misfortunes. Instead, why don"t you turn your attention outwards? Look for people who need your help, this will take your mind off your own problems and you will be helping to make a difference to someone else. It"s a no-lose situation.
如果生活没有沿着你的方向进行的话,你倾向于抱怨并为自己感到难过吗?你没必要详述你的不幸。相反你为什么不向外转移注意力呢?找个需要你帮助的人,把你的思维从个人问题中转移出来,你将有助于对其他人产生影响。这必定是个有利的局面。
