Make 的用法：（ 1） make sb. /sth. do sth. 使某人 /物做某事 此结构中 ，不定式作 make 的宾语补足语 ，但是必须省略 to；在被动语态中需要补出 to， 结构为 sb. be made to do sth. 。 His father makes him study at least 12 hours aday. 他爸爸让他一天至少学习 12 个小时。 He ismade to study at least 12 hours aday (by his father) ． 他被 (他爸爸 )要求每天至少学习 12 个小时。 [重点 ]:后加不带 to 的不定式的动词：四看 (notice, observe, see, watch), 三使 (have, let, make), 二听 (hear, listen to), 一感觉 (feel) (2) make sb. /sth. adj. 使某人或某物处于某种状态 The news made him happy . 这个消息使他很高兴。 2.when itcomes to 意思是 “当提到 …… 时 ”“ 就 …… 而论 ”,其后接名词 、代词或动名词作宾 语。 When itcomes to fishing,no one beats her. 提到钓鱼 ,没人比她强。 When itcomes to talking about the schoolwork,she isvery active. 一提到学习 ,她非常活跃。 3.辨析 alive, living ， live 与 lively (1) alive 活着的 既可指人，也可指物，可作表语或后置定语。 The artist isstill alive.
