四氯二苯并二噁英分子式:CAS号:性质:为多氯二苯并二噁英的异构体之一。有时简称二噁英。在2,3,7,8位置上有取代氯,共有22个异构体。有亲脂性,难溶于水,在环境中很稳定。主要来源为含氯物质焚烧的排放物以及有机氯农药和木材防腐剂的生产和使用。这些含有氯苯酚、氯苯、氯联苯等的物质在燃烧过程中均会生成TCDD,进入环境中分布很广,其残留性很高,对生物有明显的蓄积作用,代谢变化慢,有剧毒,是迄今已知污染物中毒性最强的有机氯化合物。1949年以来,发生过8次重大的二噁英工业事故,823名工人受伤害,其中2/3的人患氯痤疮,少数人得肝功能障碍,血液中类脂体和胆甾醇含量升高、神经系统受损等。豚鼠经口LD500.6μg/kg(体重)。
