四部曲助推企业二代实现心灵成长
在致良知四合院,许多企业二代提升心灵品质,自己的格局和境界得以提升。例如,一家拥有三万名员工的大型纺织企业的27岁接班人,在致良知四合院学习200天之后,对于四部曲的奥妙有了一定的领会和践行,心灵品质有了较大的提升。针对人们普遍关心的三个问题,他做出了这样的回答:
怎样才是百年基业?人们会问,有些人没有宏伟的事业理想,为什么仍然创造了巨大的价值和财富?《中庸》里有这样一段话:“君子居易以俟命,小人行险以徼幸。”才华、勤奋、机遇乃至于幸运,都有助于创造财富,然而,要守护、传承和发展一份事业,使之经久不衰,非有厚德不可!权力和财富会放大心中的善,也会放大心中的恶。德不配位,必有余殃。这就是百年企业少之又少的根本原因。

The Doctrine of the Mean offers the following explanation, “the Superior Man is quiet and calm, waiting for the appointments of Heaven, while the mean man walks on dangerous paths, looking for lucky chances.” Talent, diligence, opportunity, and good fortune all contribute to the accumulation of wealth. However, only great virtues can help guard, pass on and grow a company to make it long-lasting! Power and wealth amplify both the good and the bad in us. If the level of our virtues does not match our ambition, one will be doomed with misfortune. This is the fundamental reason why there are so few century-old enterprises.
